Command Post Financial accounts are created and managed through the Command Post Financial application at commandpostfinancial.app.
You have full control over your account. Below are two ways to permanently delete it.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1 — Delete Inside the Application
- 01Sign in at commandpostfinancial.app.
- 02Open Profile.
- 03Open Settings.
- 04Select Delete Account.
- 05Confirm permanent account deletion.
Option 2 — Request Deletion by Email
Email support@commandpostfinancial.com using the email address associated with your account.
Use the subject line: Delete My Account
What Will Be Deleted
Account deletion is permanent. The following data will be removed:
- ■Account and login information
- ■Profile information
- ■Military branch and status information
- ■Readiness assessment responses
- ■Referral history
- ■Uploaded documents
- ■Saved calculators, budgets, goals, and preferences
- ■Other user-generated account data
What May Be Retained
Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security, tax, accounting, or legal-compliance records may be retained when required by law.
Processing Time
Deletion requests will generally be processed within 30 days.
